Complaint
?

In the Glyntown Care Centre, we want to give you the best possible care and treatment. But there may be times when you think we could do better. And sometimes you may even want to tell us about something we have done well.

Whatever age you are, you have rights when it comes to your health including:

- the right to have your say and be listened to
- the right to complain if you are not happy about something we have done.

We want you to tell us if you have a comment, compliment or complaint about your health care. In order to help you to do so the following options are available to you:

In person

Complaints are welcome in Glyntown Care Centre.

You can make a complaint to any member of staff. The complaint will be recorded in the complaints register. The complaint will be investigated by our complaints officer within 30 days.

By Letter

Send a letter/email to Glyntown Care Centre.

Staff can help you put your complaint in writing if you require assistance to info@glyntowncare.ie. The complaints officer will review the complaint and respond to the complainant.

Call Us

Ring us -> 021 482 1500 Your call will be answered by a staff member and details of your complaint will be forwarded to the complaints officer.

At any Stage of the complaints process if you are not satisfied, you can discuss your complaint or request a review of the outcome with the Registered Provider Representative. Patrick Dillon at
